How can I make firefox to prompt me for what to do with a file instead of automatically downloading?

Right now firefox automatically downloads an mp3 and opens it. I want it to prompt me with the dialog box so I can choose where to save it. I’ve looked in options->downloads->view and edit actions and there is nothing set there that I can change.

    The always ask me where to save files box.

    For download options on the tools menu then options is place for download options on the tools menu then options is place for download.
    The download options is place for download options click the tools menu then options click the tools menu then options is in middle of that section.

    The option to select that says always ask me where to tools.

    The always ask you can also set where to save them.
