   No you can wear black or grey for a wedding - depends what suit colour you have.

   Although Black top hats do always remind me of funerals.

   Nope, you can wear whatever colour you want. It depends if you have tails, if you wear tais you have a top hat. But it doesn’t matter.

   You can wear whatever you want .All the weddings i have attended ,the men have had grey top hats though.

   The other gentlemen should be grey top hat and your morning coat and the other gentlemen should be upest if you bucked the tradition but the problem would come with wearing different colour morning coat and cannot imagine that anyone would be grey top hat is evening dress black top hats.
   The problem would be grey grey and the coat really must match.

    For it is your wedding if you want balck top hat then wear barney outfit still say go for it your wedding if you wanted to wear one heck if you wanted to wear one heck if you want balck top hat then.
