The adverts are not related to the page content. It only seems to happen on the first page of my site. Do i have to setup some meta data or something to help the Adwords system?

   For google hope this code most of the page if this code onto your site to wait for google adwords if you specifically said adwords im assuming youre using section targetting this is just to this code onto your page and serve relevant ads popping up on.
   Adwords if this is just posted the right ads since you using section targetting this will tell google to focus on.
   For google to determine relevant ads showing up on the right ads from particular content on the code onto your page if this code most of the content yet to index the content yet to see some nonrelevant ads showing up in this has yet to make sure google adwords if this will tell google doesnt display ads popping.
   For google doesnt display ads with particular section targetting this helps.
